Geared towards creating replicable moments in everyday life - posture, breathing, and awareness. All to reduce pain and aid in recovery.
5:15 - 6:15pm
For self-discovery. Movements are intermediate by nature and held for longer periods of time. Focus is placed on isometric movements and building neuromuscular tone.
6:30 - 7:30pm
For those who want to truly gain mastery over their body and build up strength in their mind. These full body primal flows provide a solid framework for safer training environments during running and lifting.
