RESERVATION POLICIES:
Reservations can be made at any time. For all appointments a credit card is required to reserve the room.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations for Floats, Massage, and IR Sauna made more than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a full refund being issued or stored session being replenished. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time and no shows will result in a $25 cancellation fee per each scheduled appointment for Floats and Sauna. Late cancellations with less than 24 hours before a Massage appointment will result in 100% charge for the cost of service.
CHECK-IN:
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment.
GIFT CARDS:
Gift Cards for Float, IR Sauna, and Massage services can be purchased online or in-store.
Gift Cards with a set dollar amount can also be purchased online or in-store.
Gift Cards expire 365 days after purchase.
Gift Cards can be redeemed online or redeemed in-store at the time of appointment.
Gift Cards containing service credits (Float, IR Sauna, Massage) cannot be exchanged for a different service.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in-store.
