Reservations

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in-studio. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve all Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Massage appointments.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that schedules change and do our best to remain flexible while respecting our practitioners’ time.

Float Therapy & Infrared Sauna

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive:

    • A full refund or

    • Replenishment of the stored service credit

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will result in a $25 late cancellation fee per float appointment

  • Arrivals 15 minutes or more past the scheduled start time are considered a no-show

Massage Therapy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will receive:

    • A full refund or

    • Replenishment of the stored service credit

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will result in a 100% charge for the scheduled service

  • Arrivals 15 minutes or more past the scheduled start time are considered a no-show

Check-In Policy

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or forfeited appointment.

Refund Policy

  • Services rendered are non-refundable

  • Unused service credits may be refunded only if cancellation requirements above are met

  • Gift cards and promotional credits are non-refundable

  • Packages and memberships are non-refundable once activated

Service Credits & Expiration

  • All service credits (including floats, infrared sauna, massage) expire 180 days from the date of purchase

  • Expired credits cannot be reinstated or refunded

  • Service credits are redeemable online or in-studio

ZEN Club Membership Policies

ZEN Club memberships are month-to-month wellness memberships designed to support consistent self-care.

Membership Terms

  • Memberships renew automatically on the billing date selected at sign-up

  • Memberships may be canceled at any time with 30 days’ notice, provided by email or phone

  • One final billing may occur during the 30-day notice period

ZEN Club Credits

  • Monthly service credits roll over while the membership is active

  • Upon cancellation, remaining credits may be used for 30 days after the final billing date

  • Any unused credits after this period will expire

  • Membership credits are shareable unless otherwise noted

Additional Membership Details

  • Memberships are non-refundable

  • Membership benefits and pricing are subject to change with notice

  • Promotional offers may not be combined unless stated

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards may be purchased online or in-studio

  • Both open-dollar gift cards and service-specific gift cards are available

  • Gift cards expire 180 days from the date of purchase

  • Gift cards are redeemable online or at the studio

  • Gift cards containing service credits cannot be exchanged for a different service

  • Gift cards are non-refundable
